1. Company Overview
Pacific Rim Seafood was founded in 1999 and specializes in sea urchin (uni) products harvested from Northern California, primarily Mendocino County. The company is operated by experienced commercial divers. All harvesting is subject to ocean conditions and safety considerations.

2. Products
Pacific Rim Seafood specializes in red and purple sea urchin products, including live and processed uni. Products may be sold live, water-packed, or in wood or plastic trays. Typical sizes include 50 gram, 100 gram, and 200 gram trays, subject to availability.

3. Ordering and Opt-In Consent
Orders may be placed through approved ordering channels.

Customers can text STOP to cancel at any time. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.

4. Delivery
Pacific Rim Seafood delivers directly to customers in the San Francisco Bay Area using company vehicles. Deliveries typically occur 1–3 times per week depending on supply, demand, and ocean conditions.

Due to the company’s remote location and distance from San Francisco, delivery days are limited. Customers will be notified of delivery schedules by text message approximately 1–2 days in advance.

5. Harvest Conditions
Harvesting depends on ocean conditions. Large swells, wind, storms, or unsafe conditions may prevent diving and harvesting. Orders or deliveries may be delayed or canceled without notice.

Pacific Rim Seafood is not responsible for delays caused by weather or ocean conditions beyond its control.

6. Customer Information
Customer information may include name, delivery address, phone number, and sometimes email address (primarily for accounting). This information is used solely for order fulfillment, delivery coordination, and business records.

7. No Guarantees
Because products are wild-harvested, Pacific Rim Seafood does not guarantee availability of any product, size, or delivery schedule.

8. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order and checking the required opt-in box, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use.
